Adding the Backflip It! button to your desktop makes backflipping a breeze.
- First drag the button to your browser.
- Near the top of your browser, there's a Personal Toolbar. Using your mouse, don't click, but drag the Backflip It! link up to the toolbar. If you don't see the Personal Toolbar, go to Step B.
- On the browser menu, select View.
- Hold the cursor over the Show choice.
- See if the side menu has a check mark next to Personal Toolbar.
- If the checkmark is not there, select Personal Toolbar.
- The Personal Toolbar should appear near the top of the browser. It will be below the Location Toolbar where you type Web addresses (URLs).
- If the Personal Toolbar is there but it looks "full" of buttons, that's OK. When your cursor turns into a "+" with a chain link, you can drop it 'on top' of any other button. It will just go between two existing buttons.
- Finish by dragging it from your toolbar and dropping it onto your desktop. (It becomes an alias.)
- You did it! Now, whenever you see a page you wish to add to Backflip, simply click the Backflip It! alias on your desktop.
